Refund Policy

Our service does not attract any refund or return in any normal condition. If users are dissatisfied with any of our Services, then they can opt-out after communicating with us. Please note that any advance payments given for any services opted for by users are non-refundable. No refunds shall be entertained after opting-out from the services availed before. However, refunds can be initiated only in conditions mentioned in this refund policy.

General Conditions In general, users will be eligible for a refund of their advance amount against any of the service mentioned on our website only if the following conditions are fulfilled:

  1. If the user has canceled the service within the three hours of payment. The cancellation of the service must be valid. Any imaginary reason for canceling the service will not attract any payment.
  2. If the service asked by users is not initiated by our team within the 30 days of the payment. However, if users have asked to put service on the hold after the payment, then no refund will be initiated.
  3. If the payment gets duplicated due to the failure of online transactions, then the amount will be refunded.

Payment Terms
All payments including setup costs and retainers are required to be made on or before the 5thdate of every month through cheque, bank transfer, or Credit Card, against invoices raised in advance. Non-payment will, unfortunately, result in the suspension of services.Any payment failure of online transactions must be reported to GlobelinkTechservice OPC Pvt. Ltd. as well as the Bank within 3 days of the transaction. The complaints of failure of the transaction after three days may not produce any fruitful result.
